... has had a long career in engineering technology. From his preparatory origins as an avionics and patient monitoring equipment engineering technician, through two and a half decades in the television R&D and broadcast/production sectors of the media industry, he has taken advantage of the freedom of unencumbered creative experimentation to investigate and develop a personalized visual aesthetic.
​
He is forging a body of work that is the aesthetically intelligent fusion of technology and art – i. e. Techno-Artifacts – created from hi-tech materials that embody scientific principles and processes. His current work is inspired by his participation in the development and deployment of HDTV.
